When donating by check, the check should be paid to the order of "The CSULB 49er Foundation," and on the memo line please add “Donation for the Linda A. Day Endowed Student Award”, to ensure it goes to Linda’s Endowment.

The Linda A. Day Endowed Student Award

Following Linda’s passing her family, friends, colleagues and supporters funded the Linda A. Day Endowed Student Award, an award presented annually to one promising student from the California State University Long Beach drawing and painting program. For those whose past donations have made this award possible, we once again thank you. 

With continuing support we can increase the amount of the stipend and ultimately be able to endow an additional award. Given Linda’s passionate commitment to education and the development of young artists we feel this is an effort she would be proud to have As part of her legacy.
